Some users faced difficulties with the checkout flow and the business realized a drop in their sales rate and their conversion rate.
Study goal
Increase conversion and sell rate while maintaining the lowest cost possible.
Solution & why
I suggested going through the actual design and starting by fixing the obvious mistakes first then I suggested that we run a heuristic evaluation round to evaluate the flow of the user through the web application and make sure it meets the standards. Once we are done with fixing the obvious and running the evaluation round we would integrate analytics tools to analyze the user behavior and measure our KPIs.

It’s important to take every simple little detail into consideration even a little wording may completely change the experience.
Next steps: might be trying to convince stakeholders to take a step forward and try conducting usability-testing with real users and give research more budget.
